By providing your phone number at check-in and consenting to receive SMS messages, you agree to the terms described below.

These messages are directly related to the valet service you are actively using. We do not send marketing, promotional, or advertising messages via SMS.
Message frequency varies based on your valet service activity (for example: ticket confirmation, status updates, quote notifications, and receipt delivery).
You may opt out of SMS messages at any time.
To opt out: Reply STOP to any message you receive from us.
After opting out, you will receive a one-time confirmation message and no further SMS messages from Valet Guide. Opting out of SMS does not affect your ability to use the valet service via web links or email notifications.

Message and data rates may apply. Standard message and data rates from your mobile carrier apply to all SMS messages sent and received. Valet Guide is not responsible for any charges imposed by your carrier.
Valet Guide supports all major US carriers. Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.
Your consent to receive SMS messages is not required to purchase goods or services from the valet operator. You may decline SMS notifications at check-in and still receive valet parking services. However, declining SMS may limit your ability to receive real-time updates about your vehicle.

Consent to receive SMS is obtained at the time of ticket creation when your phone number is provided to the valet operator. The valet operator is responsible for obtaining your consent before submitting your phone number to our platform.
